Sign up and create a workspace
Create your Ratiba account, your workspace, and your first user.
Create your account
- Go to ratiba.io.
- Click Sign up.
- Enter your work email and a strong password, or sign up with Google.
- Confirm your email if prompted.
We recommend using your work email, not a personal one. Your workspace will be tied to this email by default and team invites flow through it.
Create your workspace
After signing up you'll be asked to create a workspace. A workspace is your company's home in Ratiba. Everything you build, every rate card, every client, lives inside it.
You'll be asked for:
- Workspace name. Usually your company's trading name, for example "Asilia Africa Tanzania".
- Subdomain. Used for proposal URLs, for example
asilia.ratiba.io/proposal/.... Choose something short and memorable. - Reporting currency. The currency you quote clients in. Most operators use USD or EUR.
- Country. Used to set sensible defaults for park lists, residency categories, and tax assumptions.
You can change all of these later from Settings.
Multiple workspaces
If you run more than one brand or legal entity, you can create multiple workspaces under the same login. Switch between them from the workspace picker in the top-left of the dashboard.
Rate cards, content, and clients do not sync between workspaces. Each workspace is fully isolated.
