Team and settings
Workspace settings, members, roles, branding, integrations.
Open Settings from the sidebar. You'll find five sections: Workspace, Members, Branding, Workflow, Integrations.
Workspace
- Workspace name. Your company name.
- Subdomain. Used for proposal URLs.
- Reporting currency. Default trip currency.
- Country. Default country for park fees and residency.
- Time zone. Used for scheduling and notification time stamps.
Changing the subdomain breaks existing public proposal URLs unless you set up a redirect; contact support if you need to rename.
Members
Manage who has access to the workspace.
- Invite. Email an invitation. The recipient creates an account if they don't have one.
- Roles.
- Owner. Full access including billing and deletion. There must be at least one owner.
- Admin. Manage content, rate cards, members. Cannot delete the workspace or change billing.
- Member. Build itineraries and send proposals. Cannot edit rate cards or invite teammates.
- Remove. Revokes access immediately. Itineraries the user created stay in place.
Branding
Controls the look of your proposals and PDF exports.
- Logo. Square or wide. PNG with transparent background recommended.
- Primary color. Theme accent.
- Secondary color. Used for buttons and highlights.
- Font. Choose from a built-in set, or specify a Google Font (paid plans).
- Email signature. Appended to outbound proposal emails.
- Custom domain. Set up a CNAME so proposals live on your domain.
Workflow
Optional team workflows.
- Approval required. Members must request admin approval before publishing.
- Notification routing. Choose which events email everyone vs only the assigned owner.
- Default markup. The fallback markup for new itineraries.
- Default inclusions/exclusions. Pre-fills every new itinerary's proposal.
Integrations
- Email. SMTP credentials if you want proposals to send from your own domain. Otherwise Ratiba uses its own SMTP.
- Calendar. Sync trip dates and team availability to Google Calendar or iCal.
- Webhooks. Ping a URL when proposal events fire. Useful for connecting to HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Zapier.
- API key. For custom integrations. See our API docs (link below).
API documentation is in beta. Email api@ratiba.io if you need access.
