Billing and plans
Pricing, plan limits, and how to upgrade.
Ratiba is billed per workspace, per month, with discounts for annual prepay.

All plans include the full feature set: unlimited rate cards, AI assistant, custom branding, PDF export, and email send.
The plan limits we enforce are itineraries per month (Starter) and total team members.
What counts as an itinerary
Every itinerary you create counts once toward the monthly cap, regardless of how many times you edit or publish it. Cloned itineraries and tour-derived itineraries also count.
If you regularly hit the Starter cap, upgrade to Pro for unlimited.
Upgrading
From Settings → Billing, click Upgrade. We use Polar for checkout, which accepts cards and bank transfers.
Plan changes take effect immediately. We prorate the difference on your next invoice.
Downgrading
You can downgrade any time. The downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
If you downgrade to a plan with a lower team limit and you have more members than the new plan allows, the workspace will go read-only until you remove members.
Cancelling
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Your data stays in place for 90 days after cancellation, after which it is permanently deleted.
You can export all your itineraries to PDF and your rate cards to CSV before cancelling. We will not silently delete anything within 90 days.
Annual billing
Annual prepay saves about 20%. Switch in Settings → Billing. You can switch back to monthly at renewal time.
Invoices
Each payment generates an invoice with your workspace name and tax ID. Add a billing address and tax ID in Settings → Billing.
VAT is applied where required (EU, UK).
Free tier
There is no permanent free tier. There is a 14-day free trial on signup, no card required. After 14 days you pick a plan.
