Changelog
What's new in Ratiba.
We ship updates weekly. Major changes are listed here. Minor fixes and tweaks are not.
2026
May 2026
- Activity rates. Activity rates now have their own dedicated rate-card tab, replacing the inline activity pricing in the day editor.
- Room type as free text. Room types are now free text instead of a fixed enum, so you can use whatever names your suppliers use.
- Pricing engine rewrite. Cost-plus pricing now correctly handles per-room rates with
max occupancy, ancillary park fees by basis, and meal-plan derivation.
April 2026
- AI itinerary assistant. New bottom-right assistant that drafts itineraries from a brief, using only your library content and current rates.
- Real-time collaboration. Cell-level presence markers and live updates across team members editing the same trip.
March 2026
- Tours module. Reusable itinerary templates with public publishing.
- Pipeline view. Kanban-style view of the clients module.
February 2026
- Custom domains on proposals. Use your own subdomain.
- Three proposal themes: Classic, Editorial, Bold.
January 2026
- Public launch of Ratiba.
- Core modules: itineraries, content library, rate cards, clients, proposals.
- Multi-currency rate cards with workspace FX.
Earlier
Ratiba was in private beta from October 2025 through January 2026 with a handful of design-partner operators in Tanzania, Kenya, and Botswana.
