RRatiba
Getting started

Onboarding wizard

Set your currency, branding, default markup, and invite your team.

The first time you log in to a new workspace, Ratiba walks you through a short onboarding wizard. You can skip any step and come back to it later from Settings.

Step 1: Company basics

  • Trading name. Shown on every proposal.
  • Logo. Square or wide. SVG or PNG, transparent background recommended.
  • Brand colors. Primary and accent. Used in proposals and PDF exports.
  • Default reporting currency. Usually USD or EUR.

Step 2: Default markup

Ratiba's pricing engine calculates supplier cost from your rate cards and then applies a markup to produce the selling price.

  • Default markup percent. For example 25% means a $1,000 supplier cost becomes $1,250 to the client.
  • You can override markup at the trip level, the day level, or per line item. The default is just the starting point for new itineraries.

If you sell on a net basis (commission paid by suppliers, no markup), set this to 0.

Step 3: Invite your team

Add team members by email. Each member gets one of three roles.

  • Owner can do anything, including billing and deleting the workspace.
  • Admin can manage rate cards, content, and invite teammates, but cannot delete the workspace or change billing.
  • Member can build itineraries and send proposals, but cannot edit rate cards or invite teammates.

You can change roles later from Team settings.

Step 4: Seed content

The wizard offers to pre-load:

  • A list of major parks and reserves for your country with default park-fee categories.
  • A starter season table (typically green, shoulder, and high).

We recommend accepting both. You can edit or delete any of it later.
