RRatiba
Getting started

Getting started

Go from a brand-new account to your first sent proposal in about an hour.

There are four things you need to do before Ratiba is useful day-to-day. None of them require a developer.

  1. Sign up and create a workspace.
  2. Complete the onboarding wizard to set your currency, branding, and team.
  3. Add a handful of accommodations and their rate cards.
  4. Build your first itinerary and share it as a proposal.

Most operators are up and running with their first sent proposal in under an hour. Once your rate cards are populated, future itineraries take 15 to 30 minutes instead of three hours.

Before you start

Have these things ready and the setup will feel effortless.

  • A list of the lodges and camps you sell most often. Even a list of 10 to 20 is enough to start.
  • Their current contracted rates for the season you're selling in. We support multi-season rate tables, but starting with one season is fine.
  • Your logo and brand colors, for proposal branding.
  • Your team's email addresses, if you want to invite them now.

If you don't have rate sheets in front of you, you can still skip ahead and add them later. Ratiba supports cost-plus pricing as well as flat per-day pricing, so you can sell trips before every supplier rate is loaded.
